I’m a native Texan, born in Abilene, and North Texas has been home for most of my adult life. After earning my bachelor’s degree from Angelo State University, I moved to Dallas, where I met my husband, Thomas. We married in 1994, eventually made our home in Garland, and raised our two children here. I later earned my master’s degree from The University of Texas at Dallas.

Before entering real estate, I spent nearly 30 years in corporate leadership, coaching, and professional development, working with people and organizations across multiple states and countries. That experience taught me how to listen carefully, communicate clearly, navigate complex decisions, and help people move forward with confidence.

When I started my own business, real estate was a natural fit. I wanted to use those skills in a way that allowed me to work directly with people during some of the most important decisions they make. Today, I help buyers and sellers throughout Garland, Rowlett, Sachse, Wylie, and Murphy with clear guidance, strategic thinking, skilled negotiation, and hands-on support throughout the real estate process.

As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), I especially enjoy helping buyers understand their options and make decisions that fit both their goals and their financial comfort. I also help sellers prepare their homes, position them strategically in the market, evaluate buyer signals, and navigate offers and negotiations with confidence.

My goal isn't simply to get a transaction across the finish line. It's to make sure my clients understand what is happening, know their options, and feel confident about the decisions they're making. That's what I love about real estate—and why I can honestly say, I make buying and selling a snap!
